Items that are personalized, including photo engravings, names, or custom text, are final sale after design approval.

Before engraving, we always send a preview for confirmation. Once you approve the design and the engraving is completed, the order cannot be returned or refunded.

If there is a production defect or damage during shipping, we will of course make it right.
